Featured & Category Section is Missing

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I seem to have inadvertently done something that has removed the Featured Section and the Category Section from my Home Page.

This was the response to my ticket:

Hi-

I think that the home.tpl file has been modified and the feature_listings_horizontal section (near the bottom of the home.tpl file) has been removed.

The easiest way to fix that is to login to your customer area at Login and download the latest bundle. Then, unzip the bundle and upload the templates/default/home.tpl file overwriting what�s there.

The same is true for the category area.

I have a hosted
account and I don�t think I have the ability to upload files. If I do, I am
not sure how it�s done. I am really lost and not
sure what to do to get the Categories & Feature picture section back at the
bottom. Any suggestions or direction is appreciated.
