Order by Featured from category.php

Hi there,

I know you can change the search settings to have featured listings returned first in asc \ desc order and that this also is in effect when clicking the Featured tab.

How can you get featured ads to return first when you are browsing a category ? i.e. when category.php is driving the db retrieve so to speak ?
