sub catergories on home page

I want to display sub cat under catergory on the home page. I tried one of Eric's code but the sub category on the home page keeps on looping under other parent catergories.

The standard design is that it places the subcategory under its main category. If you wish it to do something different then there are several threads on this forum which will show you different ways of doing it using css table less designs.

This worked last time I checked (v4.13) but make sure to backup any files you intend to change - just in case.

Go to includes>classes>kernel>Categories.php and insert a <br /> at the end of lines 98 and 103 (in place of   ).

While you're there you might also like to increase your subcategory limit at line 92. The default is just 3.
