Hi I am running 68c 4.1.6 for my car sales site
Currently the hime page shows 4 featured listing at the top then I have the area I can edit in the normal template in admin mode then I have most viewed x4 and new listing x4.

1 How can I make the number of new listings/featured/most viewed to say 8 over 2 lines

2 How can I place content after each row of pictures.

This is given in the instructions that came with the template. You just change the number for m 4 to 8 in the function calls to those css horizontal listings within your home.tpl file.

As you are wanting to split content up into pieces, you would put this content directly into your home.tpl file in each template folder you are using. This because the page editor will not parse smarty calls to plugins.
