Can you guys give me an idea on how many characters you allow for your ads (title, short desc, description)? I'm curious if through experience some lengths work better than others.

I usually try to keep the titles relatively short so they nicely fit into the css horizontal listings on our templates without needing to adjust their widths etc. Say, 100 characters or 3 lines in the css boxes max.
