That location is on your local system so doesnt do us any good. My guess is you have some form of firewall or javascript setting that isnt allowing the image to show......or all your files didnt properly get uploaded.

Not sure i fully understand but how are you activating the security image?

Go into contactus.tpl in your template folder and find this line

{if $rCaptcha=="Y"}

Remove it and the enclosing {/if} of course so it should run the captcha (the contents between those statements) regardless of what settings you have.

So it comes up. Send the url so we can see if it is local to you or on your machine only. As Larry said it may be your local settings. Check also that the javascript directory is fully there on your host.

I think I know the issue.

Open the file:
includes/classes/captcha/freecap.php

Find the first line:
Code:
<?
Replace it with:
Code:
<?php

Serge,

I confirm it does not show. Try to isolate the problem by taking it out of the main code and placing it below the footer. See what happens.

It may be silly question but are you including the captcha code directly in contactus.tpl or have you tried to include the code through the page editor on the admin control panel?

Your problems are because ypour permissions are not properly set up on the file.

for example I should be able to point a browser at the following URL and get a captcha image on your site but I get a 404 permissions error.
