I was wondering if there was a way to add a Captcha to the "Contact" parts of a classified. Meaning, adding a captcha for when some one is trying to send a message to the owner or even to the admin of the site.

There already is!!!!

If you go to Settings > user registration fields > Security text, it will turn it on globally throughout the site
