We have it available for both v3.1 and v4.

In v4 it rewrites your categories from:
category.php?cat=animals-and-pets
to
categories/animals-and-pets

It rewrites the viewlisting from:
viewlisting.php?view=13
to
listing/13/the_ad_title.html

You can see it in action in our extensions directory:
http://www.68classifieds.com/extensions/

It also changes some other links but these are most notable.

How hard is it to make the listing url have the categories within the link. Currently the SEO module does this ->

Code:
http://www.68classifieds.com/extensions/listing/24/Belmont_Home_Sales.html

This listing is in the category: Categories -> Extensions -> Templates & Themes

So have it show something like this (without showing the first level, "categories") -->

Code:
http://www.68classifieds.com/extensions/templates-themes/listing/24/Belmont-Home-Sales.html
An example of a 3 level category URL -> (Let's say you add a new category under Templates & Themes called Real Estate)

Categories -> Extensions -> Templates & Themes --> Real Estate

Here's what the URL would look like.

Code:
http://www.68classifieds.com/extensions/templates-themes/real-estate/listing/24/Belmont-Home-Sales.html
From what I've read Google looks in URL's for keywords, so it can't hurt.

Something like that would be possible with the developer edition although you would have to run a few extra queries to get the category title out.

I would recommend looking at the includes/classes/kernel/Listings.php file which calls getListingById inside this is where the link is created.
