By the way i seem to be having a bit of trouble with it, when I post a new ad on the site, it does not show up anywhere on the website, but shows up as a listing on the admin side ... any thoughts ???? ps, im not website savvy so please make your replys as easy as possible thanks.

You probably have your "manually approve ads" setting set to yes, which means before an ad will be visible you, as admin, need to go in and approve it.

2. I got a "domain for sales" page
