Well done - looks good. One thing I did notice is that you havehave done away with latest and featured listings. I presume this is purposeful. I can see the reasoning.
One thing you might like to consider is to is display a set of random listings if you have an empty category or a search returns no results. I have found it works well on my property web site. |

I noticed under 'Advertise on MetroNoise' you already seem to have regular traffic. How page page views are you averaging per day?
