2. I am sure this can. Probably have to be added to the template file though. No setting in admin to control that.

This will be very important to me since I do plan on having a "personals" category and wouldn't want any legal problems.

3. That template and the default doesn't include a logo image. The head portion is just text.

So how do I go about adding an image as a logo above the navigation bar and to the left of "welcome user"? Do I create a blank HTML file with top logo and then embed a php code below? Or do I just edit the template and add my own image of any size?

2. This depends on how advanced you want it. If it is just a simple warning message then you can use the category promo text. If it is something different then you can edit the templates and add an if else statement. If you purchase you can ask in the forums and we will be glad to help you out.

3. If you want to add a logo all you do is upload the image and then edit the layout.tpl template file and add a link to the image. IE: <img src="path/to/logo.jpg" />

The size should be smaller than 390x75 pixels.
