I just bought script 2 days ago and still didnt receive my download link. I tried to contact support through email but just keep ignoring me.l ! In the FAQ it says that I receive my download link immediately after payment nothing happen!Tried to contact support through support ticket system but is says my session expired and I need to upgrade. Please can you check this up please?

Sorry for the confusion and frustration! Is it possible the auto-reply landed in a spam folder?

Upon successful completion of payment, customers can immediately download their purchase(s) from Login using the username and password created during checkout.

Thanks and let us know whether your download was successful.

No I didnt receive email at all in spam folder. When I login it says I have no downloads available.

For some reason, Paypal didn't postback a successful transaction

I've verified payment and authorized the transaction.

Just 1 more thing. In my orders there now 1 completed order and 1 awaiting payment . how come?

Did you add 68 Classifieds to your cart a few days ago? Without completing the transaction, the order will be marked as "Awaiting Payment".

I'll remove the abandoned order from your account.
