We're having trouble with a parent-child field selection not appearing
during ad posting or modification. The issue is not consistent with all customers (about 40-50%) We have a required parent called "Location" with dropdown child fields for "Countries" and "States". Several customers have reported that the state or country selection is not appearing when posting or modifying an ad. We have accessed their ads through the admin and have confirmed this to be true. We are unable to modify the ad through the admin using IE7 or IE8. Both versions identify "Errors on page" with the following detail: ---------------------- Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; GTB6; User-agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; bsalsa EmbeddedWB Home) ; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Timestamp: Wed, 22 Apr 2009 03:28:40 UTC Message: Access is denied. Line: 38 Char: 68 Code: 0 URI: http://mywebsite.com/includes/classe....compressed.js ---------------------- We have tried reloading the cpaint2.inc.compressed.js file with no luck. Also, this issue seems to be isolated to IE only. Firefox, Safari and Opera work fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

My guess would be that their client side firewall or browser settings are preventing the cpaint javascript from collecting and returning input from a different script.
