Top bar not appearing In browser

Hello there�

Can somebody help me I don�t know what Ii did wrong, the problem is this, in my website www.miejemplar.com the top bar in orange doesn�t appear in Internet Explorer browser, everything comes up fine in browsers, Safari, Firefox, and in Opera. Can somebody be so kind and tell me what to do to fix that problem, also another problem is that in browser Opera everything in the navigation bar comes up centered and I need it left align.

Hi there, try this:

	background: #FF9900 url(bar.gif);
	height: 29px;
	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
	font-size: x-small;
	text-align: right;
	padding: 5px;
}

called with:

<div class="topbar">
           <div id="menu"><strong>
	</strong></div>
</div>

you'll need to replace bar.gif with the actual path (images/bar.gif I think)
