Ok...I just set up my 4th 68 site and my 'site email' via admin settings isn't working when orders are placed or when the contact form is used.
What's even weirder is that the email address isn't working period. I run 'test settings' via Outlook and I get my 2 green checks but I still can't receive any emails sent to the address. What I do get is an error message (see below)from 68 which makes no sense since I am hosting the email account with GoDaddy. I also don't receive the Outlook generated 'test' email but again, I am getting my test checks. __________________________________________________ Hi. This is the qmail-send program at 68designs.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <[email protected]>: This address no longer accepts mail. __________________________________________________ Also, I went into settings and changed the 'site email' to another address I use and the error message isn't generated but the orders and contact messages still don't get delivered. Any ideas? |
