Extra Field search not working right
I have an extra field that is single line text and set to searchable. However when I do a search in that extra field in the search page I get no results unless I search for the whole text as it is written in the ad. It doesn't seem to use wild cards with the text.
Example Field1: "Trade for anything" Search 1: "anything" Result 1: Nothing Search 2: "Trade for anything" Result 1: 1 Ad I am working on a hosted version of the software (v4.0) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Last edited by naidu01; 01-12-2009 at 07:37 PM. |

V4.1 is still a beta product and not intended for production use.
This bug has already been reported and the next release should have it fixed.

Hosted version is not beta
I am working on a hosted version. I just purchased it last week. I don't think the hosted packages would include a beta. I believe it's v4.0
Please advise |

Log into the admin section and it will say exactly what version you have on your "dashboard".
