Category Link : avoid duplicate content in Google

I'm testing a sitemap generator called GSiteCrawler. It's really simple to use, and you can have statistics.

I saw there was some 'duplicate content' (same page with 2 differents URL). It happens when you use more than 2 levels in your subcategories :

maincategory > subcategory level1 > subcategory level2 > subcategory level3

In this case, URL can be :
category.php?type=9&sec=10

But in Breadcrumb, it can be

category.php?type=10

Two differents URL, for the same page. I don't think that Google would appreciate that (bad thing for the PR)
