    Hi,

Can't access my site when I log in. It says my license is disabled. I can not access users or listings and nothing comes up on my dashboard. I have a 4.2.1 developer license.

    Thanks!

There was some maintenance going on for a while. Have you tried logging into your admin lately?

Same problem here, I cannot access one of my admin panels due to this. I have submitted a ticket...it appears that all of my license keys have changed during this maintenance. Hopefully we can get a fix asap.

    Hi guys-
We're aware of the problem and are working to find a solution.
    Sorry for the trouble.
    Thanks for your patience.

Just logged in and I'm still showing license disabled.

Blair, are you making any progress with this issue? Just checked my site and it's still unavailable.

    Thanks!

same with me in the admin side but not all of them which is odd?

I'm sure that this is still being worked on. Please bear in mind that this verification issue only affects the administration side and does not prevent front end access to your visitors and/or customers.

Hey guys, I hope that this is resolved very soon, but I just realized that if you have your new listings set to manually approve, you can approve them in phpMyadmin in your web hosting control panel.

If you need to do that, you can either temporarily turn off manually approve and/or manually approve any of the pending listings in phpMyadmin.

    ##### Please ensure that you DO NOT change anything other than what is listed here #####
    ##### DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for your ability or inability to follow these instructions #####
To turn off the manually approve new listings:
    Edit the checkout_settings table.
Change the "checkoutManuallyApprove" column from "Y" to "N"

To manually approve a pending listing:
    Edit the listings table
Sort the listings table by "dateadded" column descending (down arrow, you may have to click on the column twice)
Edit the listing row you would like to approve and edit the "display" column, changing it from "N" to "Y"

Thanks Mike for this help. I just tried the latter method on a site in development and it worked like a charm

    Mike,

I understand it only affects the back end admin portion, problem is I have some customers that need some help with reposting some pictures who aren't the most patient. They couldnt upload pictures to their listing so not sure if that feature is affected by on the front end too. Anyway glad that they are aware of the problem and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    Thanks!

This is silly, I have just started the site and now I haven't got a license.
If this is not resolved today, I will choose other software

That is a front end feature. The inability to upload images can be several things, however most likely that they are trying to upload pictures that are larger (file size) than what you have set in the admin and/or beyond the limitations of memory set for php at the server level. As your customers have uploaded images already indicates that the 68 software script itself is functioning properly and the issue lies elsewhere.

Life is full of bumps and issues. An ultimatum? It's a free world and you can choose to do what you would like to do, obviously. You DO have a license as you know. This is a glitch in the system which they are working on to resolve.

No doubt that this is an inconvenient issue, however as indicated by the thread itself it was only discovered late on Saturday evening. The night before Father's day to boot.

I choose to give patience and understanding in trying to resolve issues with others whether it is something like this, your spouse, friend or whoever as opposed to ultimatums. Ultimatums, in my opinion do nothing to resolve issues and actually have the exact opposite affect by escalating it, adding to it and even adding additional issues to the original.

I'm not really sure what you were hoping to accomplish with your post. I myself find it offensive, threatening and nonfactual in stating that you "haven't got a license" when we all know that you do.

Hi, I'm Albert, web master of megavoce.it. This morning, the administration works fine but now there is this message:
"Your license has been disabled. Please contact 68 Classifieds for support."
We bought the license for life in 2009 and do not understand this message.
Megavoce.it (with 68 classifieds software) is very important site now in Italy and can not be absolutely without administration.
I need that this problem will be solved soon. For us it is a high damage can not manage the administration.
Please let me know. It's very very important!

    Albert

PS: this a new my account for the forum because I can't logged in with my classic username and password. My regular account with the license is "kanon"

I see that the file key.php in the folder "license" on the server is deleted. If you put a backup of file key.php on the server, the administration works fine but only for one refresh in the administration. After the refresh the file key.php is automatically deleted from server and the administration don't work.

I just uploaded a blank key.php file (license/key.php) and it seems that everything is functioning the way it should...this may be a temp fix until everything is sorted out.

Yes, thanks! Now the administration works fine! You are great. I hope this problem will be solved soon. Thanks for the support!!

What's the fix? I'm still getting the "License Disabled" message. I must be missing something.

    Thanks!
