As with anything, there is NEVER a 100% guarantee. Bear in mind, that although unfortunate, the issue occurred in a planned migration to better the services offered by 68.

As with any online service, there are always "bumps" in the road regardless of how big or small the company behind it. A server goes down, a preference file gets corrupted, a router goes bad, etc.. How many times has Google's gmail gone down? Twitter went out twice just the other day.

If we spend our time and worry of what "could" happen, then there really isn't any point in using anyone's services, because anything "could" happen to any service or company.

Ok, I'm sorry about that...I guess waiting a week or two doesn't matter really....I'm sure your doing the best you can.

    Bjorn,

First off, I don't work for 68 Classifieds, but I am a customer, moderator for this forum and promote the product as well as develop offerings to be used with it and customizations.

Again, I don't understand why you insist on posting completely false statements. Yes, this was an issue for a few days! A few days is NOT a "week or two" by any means.

The issue has been resolved and I sincerely hope that you are happy with the product. I personally believe it is the best classifieds software script out there and especially at the price it is being offered at. Believe me, I have looked at all of them.

I just wanted to add a little to this...

The Licensing issue only affected a number of site owners. Of the 4 Licenses that I use, only 1 of them was experiencing this issue. As well, during the very short time there was a hiccup with the Licensing, Mike was kind enough to give us a work-around using phpMyAdmin to approve ads...this allowed us to continue using our sites until things were sorted out. All in all, I'd say we got through this pretty smoothly .

Bjorn - the email you sent 8 days ago was replied to within 6 hours of receiving it. We did not have a solution at that time. Soon afterwards, a solution was found but no further communication between us occurred. The first we have heard from you since our initial reply was a complaint in this thread.... that contains the solution ... I'm scratching my head about that.

If you're still having a problem, you're welcome to email support, create a ticket in your account, whatever you like.
