Are you running php5 ? Have you followed the installation instructions as given on the support site?

A link to your site would help in diagnosing problems rather than my site site doesn't work.

Upload modules into the modules directory
Upload templates into the templates directory
Activate the templatecodes module in your 68C admin control panel modules screen.
Pick only our templates using the admin link on the template switcher module.
Set a one of our templates in the template main settings of the admin cntrol panel.

Other things to note:

1. Debug module should be turned ff - it should be off
2. Your server is running PHP5 - this is a requirement. Your hosting provider should not be running PHP 4 as it is no longer supported by PHP themselves. What an embarrassment if they are.
3. Your site is not in English. If this is the case then you need to create a language file in the templatecodes/languages folder (e.g. german.php, spanish.php, etc) to match the english one you will already see.
4. Often the case - FTP corrupting files. Install gain.

1,2,& 3 above seemed to work ok.
When using the switcher module picked one of the default templates and then could not go back.
Even doing 5 above would not change back.

Debug is off
Running Php 5.2.11
Site is in English
Site has only been up 24hrs, this might be a good idea fresh reinstall.

Will do reinstall of site and install templates again, double check everything must have done something wrong towards the end. Good Learning.
Thanks for the help seymourjames will advise you of the outcome

OK. If you are logged in as admin you can override the template switcher so to speak and select the default template. If you do this there is no way back as the default template has no switcher. In this case you simply clear your cookies and browser cache which will take you back to the main template you have set. Of curse anybody who is not admin (a regualr user or memember) cannot do this because there is no way for them to reach the default template anyway unless you have selected it in the templatee switcher which would not be smart.

What you should also check is that you have selected a number of our templates in the switcher (use the admin link on the module which shows in the 68 admin control panel). Then the template set in the main template settings is set as one of our templates.

Has your other error gone away?

Why do you not write to support with a link to your site, ftp details and 68C admin control panel. I will resolve your issue and explain why in only a few minutes for sure.

That was the problem i was having after the reinstall. I could change the template in admin but would not change on the live site. Thank you Lord for search engines.
