e-mails not sent in correct UTF-8

Hi,

My e-mails are not sent with correct French language, again the accents on the letters are replaced with symbols instead of being the appropriate letter. But everywhere in my site, like the pm system it is fine, no accent problems. But when they send a copy of the pm to my e-mail. My site title has errors in it, my description, the text itself, basically anything with accents on my letters, like if UTF-8 was not used. Same for forgot password and I think pretty much every e-mail this is sent out to people's emails. I checked my header.tpl in my email folder and it was in UTF-8, therefore I am wondering if there is still something I must change.

I seem to remember someone else asking about this on the forum - I think it is necessary to change to utf-8 in the php_mailer file. Do a search on the forum and you will find the answer.
