E-mail and notifications problem

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

When I try to register a user (I'm testing it) I receive a return email to my admin email.
This is it:

I would first recommend that you upgrade your old version (4.0.1) to the latest version before attempting anything else. Just log in to the 68 Classifieds Customer area to download your latest version.
