What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
Example: V4.1.6 Designer

What template are you using?
TC Elise 2C

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I just went through all my admin settings trying to find this but didnt.

Can I set up the site so that guests can pst ads w/o having to register? Say with a email confirmation system or something.

This isnt a feature of 68c,
And if you think about it it shouldnt,
If people dont register its harder for them to edit, delete a listing.
It would be easier to spam your site etc etc.

I think the best thing to do is to promote the "your account" and that it only benefits the users and that they can create an account in a few minutes.
