Just like craigslist I would like Non-Registered users to be able to post ads with email verification. Is this possible? (v4.1)

This has been brought up several times. The basic answer is no as far as I am aware. Why would you want someone to post an ad without being registered. At the end of the day, they need to give contact details and may wish to modify their advert, delete it etc. What happens if they have multiple adverts? You also open you site to mass spamming.
