Mass Emailer to User base

Hi Guys,

I am running v4.1.3 designer and would like to set up and send out newsletter emails to my user base. Is this a module that I need to buy to add to my installation? or does someone know a better idea that is contained within 68c administration? I have looked around but cannot find anything that even remotely looks like a mass emailer.....

68C just has the newsletter function.

If your site is on a shared hosting plan, I recommend you contact your host about mass e-mail limitations before you waste too much time looking into this. Most shared hosting plans have all sortso f mass e-mailing restrictions inplace that are not publicised.
