Is it a way to Mass email or Mass Private Message all my clients ?

Aside from the newsletter I dont beleive so. Have you checked the mod forum?

On a side note, if you have a lot of users and your site is on shared hosting you may find that mass e-mail will be problematic because of all the anti-spam tools most web hosts have in place.

68 Mods Newsletter Module

You can click the above to install the newsletter mod....if you dont want the free mod for whatever reason--Then in your admin panel under USERS/manage users at the bottom you will see an EXCEL icon, click on it and you can download all the user information in EXCEL format.

You can use your own preferred Newsletter Sending program then.

My guess is it was removed until it could be converted to work with V4.1.
