Use style="text-decoration: none" On Categories

Hi,
For the categories on the homepage and all categories i want to use style="text-decoration: none" where do i add this? The only code i can see is

					{if $data[td]<>""}
						{$data[td].start_link}<img src="{$data[td].image}" border="0" alt="{$data[td].name}" /></a> 
						{$data[td].start_link}<strong>{$data[td].name}</strong></a>
						{if $data[td].total <> ''}
						<strong>{$data[td].start_link}({$data[td].total})</strong>
						{/if}

but im unsure on where to put it.
Any help would be great.

Thanks, but that changes it for every link on the site. Is it going to be possible to do it to just the categories?
