I don't know much about upgrading from version 3 to version 4, but I'm going to guess it's a template problem. Are you using your version 3 templates?

I am using the new default template. My site is endlessmtnads.com if it would help to check it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Exclamation PS

PS - the site looks fine until you loggin.

After logging in, those 2 errors appear at the top of every page:

Notice: Query failed: Unknown column 'display' in 'field list' SQL: SELECT display FROM class_products WHERE owner = 2 in /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/database/mysql.php on line 134

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/database/mysql.php on line 217

, and after logging out, these errors appear:

Notice: Query failed: Unknown column 'display' in 'field list' SQL: SELECT display FROM class_products WHERE owner = 2 in /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/database/mysql.php on line 134

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/database/mysql.php on line 217

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/database/mysql.php:134) in /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/kernel/Login.php on line 304

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/database/mysql.php:134) in /home/content/d/p/h/dphibb/html/includes/classes/kernel/Login.php on line 307

Hope that helps. Thank you!

Exclamation Also-

A couple more comments:

When logged in, all of the text looks much larger than when not logged in and it's unsightly.

Also, I just noticed that there is no Seller Store. I have it Activated; however, I don't see it on my site.

I have tried clearing the templates_c folder...nothing.

It looks like the database tables didnt get properly modified for the V4 code. Did you get any errors during the upgrade itself?

As for the text being larger, thats because of the errors that are being displayed, its throwing off the css/html and should go away when you get the errors resolved.

On the seller store, did you read the direcions on how to install it? There is often a bit of code that needs to be added to a template to make the mod work. Always make sure to read the readme/text file that comes with a mod for details on installing it.

Shoot, you know, I did, but I was just excited that our site was finally working again and I didn't pay attention. I'm sorry. Is there any way to duplicate this? I tried going to http://www.yoursite.com/setup and http://www.yoursite.com/install again but it says page not found.

Let me know what I can do here. Thank you!!!

I beleive the installation folder for v4 is now called setup andafter install your supposed to delete it so you may have to upload that folder again and try the upgrade.

Ok, so I re-did the setup. I have been clicking on "Proceed with Upgrade" instead of "Proceed with installation." Is this correct? Anyway, when I do Proceed with Upgrade, this is the error that comes up:

Upgrading...
Check for cUserID...
Checking for adminTemplate...
Checking for mOrder...
Checking for showTotal...
Checking for pPackage...
Checking for Image Settings...
Adding Image Settings...
Duplicate column name 'uploadMaxWidth'
Completed, but with errors !

Thank you for being so patient with me. Hopefully we can get this figured out soon.

Phyllis,

That is actually a bug and even though it reported the error the field does exist. The script was checking the wrong table for uploadMaxWidth.
