help duplicating categories mike and tosh james please help

okay ive got a pretty silly question? but i figured someone else would have the answer to this question!

my web site is :
ADS.NATEADS.COM

and my category layout is :

state-
city-
then my categories
my question is,is there a way to duplicate a "subcategory" for all my "parent categories"

example
duplicate the subcategory "jobs" for every city(parent) and state (parent categorie)

so that it will display as

state (every)
city (every)
jobs (every)
i know i can duplicate them one at a time in the admin panel but i need a faster aproach any help?
