Default Parent Child problems in Front-end side.

What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
v4.1.6 Designer

What template are you using?
The default 68 Classifieds theme. Created by Solucija

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I've seen the exact post earlier, but no real solution was given and the thread is closed so I decided to start a new thread. I would like to apologize in advance if this kind of problem and solution was already posted.

My site consists of vehicles. I created a parent and child list for vehicles. My parent list would consist of e.g. Ford, Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru etc. while my child listing would be the model e.g. Ford (parent) - F-150, F-250 etc.

When I view a specific vehicle, it shows the parent and just underneath the child listing. In the admin side (modify lists) it does the same. I can edit a vehicle when choosing the parent list, the child list appears just underneath the parent.

The problems lies when I want to add a vehicle in the front-end side. The parent list shows on the right place but as soon as I choose a "make" the child list "model" shows underneath all the other fields. I want the child list to appear just underneath the parent list and not underneath all the other fields

I know that I have to change the code, but can't seem to see where as the codes seems to be encrypted.

I beleive this was fixed in a more reent update to 68C. Try upgrading your site to the current version.

Its encrypted because you have the designer version and not the developer version. As Larry says I believe also this was fixed in 4.10 .
