Hi,

I would recommend to start with a strong homepage (maybe even the css horizontal listings mod)

And a few things about your current site:
- your header, find a solution for the repeating flash etc., if people are viewing a listing for several minutes, watching the photos and readin the description and they constantly see the flashing header. well.. after one minute i got a headache. (but it can also be just my opinion)

I also would recommend you visiting 68mods.com and download some free ones and try a new template, there are great free ones out there.
