I would like to know, is it possible to have a membership account with the 68 classifieds platform?

Here is what I have in mind. A customer would register to the site and then buy a package that allows them unlimited posts to the site during that time. When the 365 have expired, they are no longer allowed to post until they renew their membership.

Take a look at the membership module on ClassifiedMods

It may do some or all of the things you are looking for. I am not over familiar with it. If not you will need to go about this manually using coupons.

Look at the documentation on coupons. You create and sell coupons which allow free posting and put durations on them.
