Marktplaats.nl like interface and bidding etc

I have seend 68classifieds and it looks great, i have a classifieds website already but has a buggy script,www.mijnbazaar.nl , now i want to upgrade this website with a newer better script.

This script should look like marktplaats.nl and visitors should be able to place a bid.

Is this possible with the script already or do i have to pay extra for it?

68 classifieds is not an auction system and I am not aware of any modules for sale by third-party developers that support auctions or bids on items. It is a solid classifieds advertising system.

I am dutch and i know marktplaats.nl
A lot of people (incl. me) talked about that feature a lot of times.
But unfortunately 68c doesnt have this function,
but on the other hand; bids made on a classifieds listing site arent "law" ; people can bid but dont have tp puchase it for that price.

So what you can do is to edit the contact form a bid and instead of the textarea make a text line with the label : your bid.

This is not the actual bid system but close enought.


The interface marktplaats.nl have is basically framework, which is easy to do. But why do you want to copy an interface of potential competition?

I had a look at your site just now and i recognize the system, mijnadvertentie.nl right? I also have a license of mijnadvertentiesite.nl (for english users: the site is sold only on mijnadvertentiesite.nl so that's practically the name, it means: myclassifiedslistingsite.nl)

... but 68classifieds is a lot better than that script, simple because of the more organised and more creativity. 68classifieds is using templatefiles and for a fair price you can buy great templates from templatecodes, mike-n-tosh, 68classifieds self etc (see 68mods.com)
