Default dropdown navigation

I am creating a classifieds site that focuses on accessories for vehicles. I want to have a drop down menu on the left side of the page that allows users to select year, make, model and location of their vehicle. There would also need to be a way to filter their search by "option 1" and "option 2". Is there a current template that offers this option?

Not that I am aware of and there are specific problems in doing what you want to do where conflicts will almost certainly arrive with the ajax being used to pull extrafields.

the site AutoOutlet.co.uk - Everything Automotive listed in your "Site Showcase" section displays what I am looking for. How can I do the same thing?

They are using parent / child extra fields. The make is the parent and the child is the model.

Yes and i notice they have no search page as such. I wonder if they have changed the checkout steps as well or just removed search when those pages are current.
