Hi,
Is it possible to remove the left Member Navigation & Navigation from the showlistings.php and only the showlistings?

I am assuming there might be something like a IF statment i can use but i am unsure.

Yes you can probably use something like:
{if $body!='categories/browse.tpl'}
nav code
{/if}
