Default Refunds

Hello. I've asked for a refund several days ago via PM's to Eric. Eric responded and told me to send a ticket to the billing department with my purchase and credit card details and I would be refunded; I sent the request and details to the billing department immediately. I also asked to be emailed or phoned when the refund was completed. I've not heard anything back despite my follow-up emails asking for the status. I do not know how else to call attention to my status request - my PM's are apparently not being acted on, so thought I'd try this way.

Please respond to my requests, as I am not able to make another purchase until I receive the refund for this software. Eric, as I mentioned in my previous emails, I know you are busy, but please be as prompt to refund my money as you were to take it. Thank you.

You have already been refunded. I sent you an email to notify you as well. This was done on 24 May 2006 09:14 AM

Hmm, interesting. That was today - I received no email, no PM's, and when I contacted my CC company about an hour ago, they said there were no credits and nothing pending. Perhaps you could PM me the email you sent?

Anyway, it will get sorted out, I have no doubt, one way or another.
