If i purchase the designer package ($99) is it possible to install and use the various modifications i have seen on here ?

Also is there a banner ad system on this classifieds package ?

Yes all modules will work with the Designer edition. The only thing you wouldn't be able to edit is any custom code in the php files.

No a banner ad script is not included but some ones we have heard people using are:
Adpeeps
Openads
Google Admanager

You may want to look at some of those.
