Is it possible...

I'm trying to make my decision between this script and another that has an open source commercial-free and they are very close in comparison. 68 Classifieds seems to be more stable and has a few more features that I want, but it is also missing a few. I am having a hard time deciding. Is it possible to put the following features into the script?

-Lightbox on the image gallery (instead of popups)

-Member page that shows info and listings on one page when you click the seller name (instead of two seperate pages) and the ability to upload a logo. Also the ability to show user statistics instead of address information. (Number of ads, number of ads sold, ad views etc).

- Keep featured ads weighted so they always come up at the top when viewing categories (maybe in a seperate list even?)

- Gallery browse (browse listings by picture only)

Would these features take custom programming or has it been done before? Would I be able to add these things with the 'designer' version or would I need the 'developer' version?

If any of these features are being developed I will just buy this script and wait for the upgrades. I want to get my site up this month so I need to make a decision. I'm currently running the open source version of the other script I mentioned, but I have run into several problems.

Yes this is possible by changing the template file and adding in the necessary javascript.

The rest of these can be added but it would take custom programming and require the developer edition.

I saw the link but it showed a news mod. I didn't see anything for lightbox. I would want to get the news mod as well as a few others. I did see a store mod for free, and I think this will achieve what I want with the logo on the seller's page. Thanks for your help. Do you offer custom programming for this script or could you refer me to someone who does? I would like to get a quote.

Sorry I was just sending that as an example. Toward the bottom of the page is a few images for the mod which you can click and see the lightbox.

Currently we are to backed up to take on custom work but we have a few companies we can recommend listed here:

I saw the lightbox example. I thought you meant you offered it as a mod. Thanks for the link.

My last question would be has anyone tried to integrate this script with PHP My Directory (phpmydirectory.com)? I would get custom programming for this too if needed. As long as it is possible to do, I may just go ahead with this script and look forward to integrating in the future.
