Video in Details

Is there NO way of uploading and showing Video's in ad, as you can with one of your rivals. So video plays without having to download. A Mod, custom script change?

I remember at least one site that modified their template to achive this. So it can be done, but it isn't something that is included with the default setup, you will have to add it in.

More than likely they just embedded the code and then used the upload feature that is built in. Once the template loads, it simply replaces the source in the template for the video.

I thought I'd try the ideas out in the demo. Youtube idea works Great no probs technicaly (uses don't like the idea)
I thought using the file upload method might work. Get an icon, click it and a media player would open. when I tried it here http://www.68classifieds.com/v4/viewlisting.php?view=46 it tries to open a browser window. Any ideas if editing template only, you can tell it to open with a player.

If you wish to have the movie embedded within your page, you will need to add the Flash Player code directly into your viewlistings template first. If you just provide a link instead, it will always open in a new window.
