renewal and offering multiple products

Hello - it appears when someone renews their ad, they're only offered the same price (or product) to renew.

For example, if they bought 30 days, they're only offered 30 day renewal.

We have 60 and 90 day products as well, and I think people might renew for more days if they had the chance. It appears they would have to resubmit their ad in order to buy a different package. Is that correct or is there any way I can change this so they see all 3 options at renewal?

You are actually referring to two different things here. As far as the Price of the renewal goes, that is set in the Ad Listing package. You can set a different price for renewal.

Unfortunately, you can not offer different Ad Listing Renewals. If it were a different Ad Listing Package, then it wouldn't be a "renewal".

Although you may have set up your packages in a way that they would be available to all regardless, the options allow for you to not only set to specific categories, but also specific user groups as well. The renewal process itself is separate than the original "checkout" process used when first placing a listing, because of this.

I could see this as a nice feature. Perhaps you should consider putting this in as feature request.
