I dont think so, Eventhough he developed it for me (custom development) I still think he has the rights to it.
But you can pm him directly, he is also helping out on the forum and he has his own forum section to ask him questions.

Other sites like paardenverkoop.be (pschievink or what his username) also purchased it from him, and I also redirected three other dutch people to mike-n-tosh.

P.S. I looked it up and this section I quote from the license agreements between Mike-n-tosh and me.

I guess mik-n-tosh is just very bussy, or can also pm him I think dont give up, it took me several weeks to find a developer who had the time and wanted to do this, and two months to develop, because ideal is complicated.... (mike-n-tosh found this out while developing )
