Again: custom payment method ( IDEAL)

Lets introduce myself: I am Dominick Verstoep, i am seventeen years old and i live in the Netherlands (no i am not always stoned :-)).
And i want to create a charity classifieds lisiting site.

Maybe some of you will remember me from a while back, i posted some threads on this forum also but now a law changed so it is possible for me to start this business.

I want to handle it professionaly, and next week i recieve my company license, so, exiting.

Damiun, thats the name of the site. I want it to be a clear and easy-to-use charity classifieds site. Visitors can add ads and pay according to their need.
and 80 percent of the fees goes to a charity (we pick a winner according to the results of a poll).

But people here dont have a creditcard, so i need a way to let everyone pay.
And we have a way of paying called IDEAL.
Ideal is developed by all the banks united and is a online payment method.
People select the bank their have, and with their reader, they enter their pin-code and they most enter a code provided on the website and the reader generates a new key. Users have to fill this new code in into a inputfield and the bank of the user will validate it. When it is vaildated the payment in complete and the user will be redirected to the complete page.

So i am looking for someone who is able to integrate this.
I supplied a english document with all the details needed ( i think )

If someone has the motivation and/or time to do this, please reply.
