Some Urgent Mods to My Site.

Somewhat urgent. (actually, very urgent!)

I need to create a Parent / Child type of relationship for Country / State(cities) for my site.

I will have the location filter module provided by Template Codes automatically popup and show the countries I service. I then need that after selecting the country in the filter, the States (cities) for that country apprears in the page (ie. search forms, etc).

I also need that when a country is selected, the page logo changes to the specific logo for that country.

Can this be done?
