Hi everyone
Probably a stupid question, but here goes. I only want to have one listing per categoire. So if they clidk that categorie (in the browsing section), it goes straight into the listing itself, rather than show it as a one-off on the top of the page. Can this be done? Basically, I will have 30 categories, each with a single listing each. Possible? Cheers Todd |

Are these listings going to change? More precisely is the listing ID and hence the URL of the listing going to change?
There is probably a better way of doing this but if the urls are constant and there are only 30 of them then you may as well hardcode your links into the browse page. |

Also if they are not going to change you could use the category url field when setting up the category and enter the link to the listing.

That was my initial thought as well but noticed that the help icon next to that category field says something along the lines of if thats done people wont be able to place ads in that category.

Yes that is true Larry. It would prevent listings from being able to place ads from the front end in that category. But I think (haven't tested) they would be add them from admin.

And of course the real question is why would you like to do this if you are able to share that. It does seem like you are using a sledgehammer to crack a nut but perhaps you have reasons.
