1st thanks for the great support earlier!!!
2nd do I have to download and reinstall all the files again to update to 4.1.2? As I have it custom set in my registration page to only allow certain email addresses. Hate having to recode things late @ night.

When you do an upgrade the general rule of thumb is that you only have to upload to your web server files that have changed. The exception to this are major release changes like 4.0.9 to 4.1.X where the templates all changed as well.
I have no idea what you mean when you say "I have it custom set in my registration page to only allow certain email addresses" but if the file you customized has been changed in the new version, then you would have to manually copy over your code changes from your current version of the file to the new file. If that file didnt change then you shouldnt have to replace it.

Thanks,
What I mean is that you can only enter the email addresses I put in place to register as members there fore restricting who can register. As my site is for an internal business community ment only for them. Does the changelog show which files were changed?

If the file you modified is on the list you will need to manually move your changes over. Also just to clarify. the files on the changelog list are really the only ones you need to upload BUT after doing so you should also upload the whole /setup folder and then run the setup script again, chosing to upgrade. This will make any needed database changes and update the version you are running as reported by your sites admin dashboard.
