Default Php load faster?

Is there a way to optimize 68C?
I was reading somewhere options such as Clean CSS - A Resource for Web Designers - Optmize and Format your CSS, and I think there's also a php tool that you can install on your webserver to make it load faster.

This is an ongoing study that people go back and forth on. Yes, there are tools that can "optimize" code, be it CSS, XHTML, HTML, javascript, php, etc.

The "CleanCSS" tool essentially removes all white space and line breaks and optionally will use standard CSS shorthand (Not supported by all browsers). Web server php optimizers are going to be server independent and based on whether your web hosting service will install it and/or use it. Generally, they are NOT going to do this for an individual customer as they serve many customers and any changes are going to be server/server farm wide changes.

Honestly, if your concern is speed of your site's hosting then you should actually look at having a dedicated server. If you are on a shared host, then there are multiple variables as to what speed your site is served at any given time such as server load (number of server requests being made at any given time by every domain that is being served on that server including php calls, webserver calls, mySQL calls, as well as what those requests are)

Keep in mind that the best thing you can do in terms of performance is go with dedicated hosting. Typical web hosting plans place you on a server with hundreds and sometimes thousands of other web sites so you are continually vieing for resources with other sites.

Often your images are slowing things down. If you run with some hosting companies like Mosso Cloud hosting (quite expensive but you pay for what you get) then they get pretty fast using a special cache for images so they are served quickly. At the end of the day it is often more about your actual line speed, your browser and traffic.
