Default Home page won't load

Hello Guys,

I purchased 68 (designer ed) with the SEO, Zip Code and BelmontHomeSales template with it a few days ago.

My host was able to install it including the ioncude loader but for some reason, the homepage won't load.

I emailed tech support and also some of the top guys on this forum. Maybe some of you experienced the same problem and may be able to help. As you can see, my site won't load.

Thanks much,
Mike D.

From where im at I cant really tell why its not loading. I do know that some FTP clients cause problems, some more than others, so check and make sure that your files all have a file size on the server greater than 0 bytes.

Have you tried to load your site using your ip address such as: http://216.81.73.64~username ? IP address and username should be supplied by your hosting co. If your page loads with the ip address you need to point your domain name to the nameservers of your host.

His domain name is properly setup, I can get to his siteinfo page via his domain name.

Thank you Guys!

Is there any alternative? I was planning to get multiple licenses of the script and I like this one to make work so I can move forward to the next one.

How much will it cost to add a simple calculator to convert square meters to square feet? This will be needed on my next website.

Hey Mike,

Would you mind submitting a ticket with your ftp details and I will go in and see if I can find the problem?

I would recommend submitting a trouble ticket to see if Eric/Blair can log in and figure out whats going on. Without having access to your site all we can do is guess why things arent working.

Thanks Eric and Larry.
I just submitted a ticket to Eric.

Larry, I emailed you my ftp and Cpanel access. Did you get it?
Anyway, Eric might be working on it now.

Take care,
Mike D.
