Hello Eric
I have lost my password info for the customer area. I tried to reset and the system recognizes my email address but the email never arrives. redmtnex@comcast lic ending 728d

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the issue.

This is your user account for the front end? If that's the case, why don't you just login with your admin account and edit your customer account?
