ad is about to expire link

Hello Gang...I've been away from the computer moving my office and home to another city here in the local Jackson area....

Question: I have a couple of test ads that run on zFreeAds. I got an email from a regular standard ad to notify me that my ad was about to expire. The ad email (which I wrote from the email format feature in admin) does not have language that picks up the correct link to the ad that is expiring.

In other words the email says something like: Hello, Gary your ad "This Book" is about to expire. Please click on the link below to renew the ad. Thanks, Admin.

The only problem is that the link to the ad is not in the body of the email sent to me. Do I add the link or does 68 encode that auto for me based on some language somewhere?

If it helps, on mine I just have the end of the renewal email as

.....to continue being seen please visit our website and renew it. <br />
Thank you,<br />
Admin <br />
http://www.MYSITE.com<br />

When they log on they will see which ad needs to be renewed.
