Default I still can not log into my administration panel

Hi,

I still can not log into my administration panel, getting this message "Hash incorrect. Please delete the file license/key.php and reload this page. If that does not work please contact 68 Classifieds for support." The last time I followed these directions I deleted all of my ads from the database.

Can someone please help?

So instead of answering Erics reply to your last post you make another post????

There was a point int ime when they changed their system and certain versions of the software were given a new key. I suggest you log into 68C and check to make sure your key shown there matches your sites key and if not then submit a trouble ticket.

But I can not get into my site, so I do not know what the key is. Am I looking in the wrong place?

When I said log into 68C and check you license key, I was referring to the 68C website where you download the software you purchased. Then you can compare the key they show to your sites key which is stored in the /Connections.php/classifieds.php file.

Default Please Help!!!

Ok, I am having the same issue (hash key please delete) I checked my Key and all is fine and right on....still the admin side of the site will not allow me to log on.......I have sevral people that need my help on my site and I am unable to help......I cannot post a suppourt ticket because my 6 mounths of support has expired and I think that it is carzy to ask me to pay for more suppourt just to have a site fixed when it is clear that this is a bug on 68's side....please help!!!!!!!!!!!
